I Was Permabanned on Facepunch, Need help

SO I finally brought my hardyretardy account out of lurking of FP, only to get permabanned by Daijutsu for being a Ban Evasion Alt of Sirdangolot5.


I e-mailed them, but I don't think they actually check those.

Can somebody here put in a good word for me in the hopes of an unban?

I'm not the one to PM about that. Have to find the mod who banned the guy in the first place, they're the only one who can do anything. v:frown:v

I'm pretty sure there isn't a Mod named Daijutsu and Daijitsu

Alright... so do you know when I banned this guy for being an alt? I don't recall ever banning someone for that reason, but who knows, given how some days just end up being full of shitposters.

He needs to post in the Refugee Camp himself on the account in question to appeal for a ban lift. I'm not spotting any posts in the past two weeks from him there, so it's been a while if he has. And no, I haven't gotten a PM, EMail, or instant message from anyone other than you on the issue.

the only time I think I could possibly have done this was when I first became a mod and perfumly was guiding me through a few things, telling me "oh this guy is doing X, ban him for a day for that", and so on. Still, haven't handed out many permas aside from spam accounts.

Ah. One of the other moderators brought that post up in the mod forum, asked for an arts mod to ban him on those grounds. Is he using a proxy? There's quite a few [potential] alts there.

The fact that the only post by Hardy is a single trollish quip lead everyone to believe the account was made just to make that random statement without getting in trouble, thus 'ban evasion'.

I will reduce the ban this one time since you're so adamently vouching for him, but if he keeps up the trollish behavior it will be snipped. the "It was my brother" excuse for bans in one form or another are all too common, so the other mods pretty much ignore that.
